Setup & Logistics

We need a clear path for our truck and trailer (standard driveway width), a reasonably flat surface, and about 10 feet of overhead clearance. Most driveways, backyards, and open fields work perfectly. If you're unsure, send us a photo and we'll let you know.

No. The sauna is completely self-contained. It runs on firewood we supply, requires no electricity, and needs no water connection. We bring everything.

We typically arrive 90 minutes before your session start time. Setup takes about 30–45 minutes, and then the sauna needs 45–60 minutes to reach temperature. You'll be stepping in right on schedule.

Yes. A team member stays on-site for the entire session to manage the fire, answer questions, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You don't have to think about a thing.

The Experience

The sauna reaches up to 200°F at peak heat. Most sessions run between 160–185°F, which is the traditional Finnish range. You control how long you stay in — most guests do 10–15 minute rounds with cool-down breaks in between.

Just yourselves and your swimwear or towels. We supply towels, ladles, and a bucket for löyly (the steam ritual). Bring water to stay hydrated, and feel free to bring food, drinks, or music for the occasion.

The sauna comfortably seats up to 10 people. For the best experience, we recommend 6–8 for a relaxed session, or up to 10 for a more social, lively atmosphere.

Absolutely. In fact, winter is one of the best times to use a wood-fired sauna — the contrast between the heat inside and the cold air outside is part of the experience. We operate year-round in all New England weather.

Booking & Pricing

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and summer/fall dates. For corporate events or large gatherings, 3–4 weeks is ideal. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible — just ask.
